By accessing or using MageGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MageGuard is a monitoring and analytics service for Magento e-commerce stores. It connects to your store via API credentials you provide, retrieves performance and sales data, and delivers alerts and reports through your dashboard.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
To use the Service, you will provide API authentication tokens for your Magento store. By doing so, you confirm that you have the authority to grant MageGuard read access to your store's data. You can revoke access at any time by removing your tokens from your account settings or revoking them within Magento.
We will use these credentials solely to provide the monitoring functionality described in the Service. We will not access your store beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
You agree not to:
MageGuard is offered on a subscription basis. By starting a paid subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated with prior notice.
Your 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law.
All software, design, and content comprising the MageGuard platform is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain full ownership of your store's data. We claim no intellectual property rights over information retrieved from your Magento store.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". MageGuard makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Monitoring alerts and AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of information provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MageGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will result in the deletion of your data within 30 days.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
